It was a complicated scenario for several reasons. Firstly, both the buyers and sellers lived out of state, the property had existing tenants, and the lease needed to be carried out until the next year. In addition, there was an existing contract between both seller and property manager, as well as between property manager and tenants. We couldn’t even think of a way to handle this, but with John and Lacy’s help, we closed our escrow within 10 days! Their dedication, professional knowledge, and communication skills made the process so smooth and so efficient, we still can’t believe it! We truly appreciate what John and Lacy have done for us and would highly recommend them to others.

Felicia Jerbasi and John LaMattery expertly handled every detail of my purchase of a house contingent on the sale of my condo. With their expertise, I was able to accept an offer on the condo in three days (with multiple offers) and have an offer accepted on the house within days of each other, and with a rent back, I had ample time to move. Additionally, there were a number of issues that would have thrown a wrench in the house purchase — including foundation issues and a city lien against the property — but all issues were resolved quickly and professionally, demonstrating a ton of experience with real estate.

Additionally, everyone I worked with in Broker Kurt’s office was efficient, professional, and very friendly, and I received excellent recommendations on a number of companies to help me get everything straight, from new carpet, paint, and cleaning for my condo sale, to new hardwood flooring for my new house. Their recommended mortgage brokerage and building inspector were top-notch, too. Buying and selling property can be very stressful, but Kurt’s team helped me through every step of the way.
