Felicia Jerbasi and John LaMattery expertly handled every detail of my purchase of a house contingent on the sale of my condo. With their expertise, I was able to accept an offer on the condo in three days (with multiple offers) and have an offer accepted on the house within days of each other, and with a rent back, I had ample time to move. Additionally, there were a number of issues that would have thrown a wrench in the house purchase — including foundation issues and a city lien against the property — but all issues were resolved quickly and professionally, demonstrating a ton of experience with real estate.

Additionally, everyone I worked with in Broker Kurt’s office was efficient, professional, and very friendly, and I received excellent recommendations on a number of companies to help me get everything straight, from new carpet, paint, and cleaning for my condo sale, to new hardwood flooring for my new house.
