The most impressive thing about Daniel is his honesty. I do not trust easily but I told him what I wanted in an apartment and he diligently looked at what I found, found from his listings, and gave me honest assessments of the apartments. That honesty went throughout the process.

He is also very patient as he was dealing with customers talking to him from abroad and a proxy coming for an intensive 4 day search for the right place. He was there and showed them the apartments and more than once.

He was very patient with us as my wife and I had many questions during the escrow. He gave his suggestions but was very respectful and helpful when we wanted something a little different.

Daniel was also with us after the escrow closed. He’s still helping us with the completion of our apartment.

And with me as a first time home buyer, they showed a great deal of patience and courtesy to explain everything in detail every step of the way to help me learn the home buying process.
