John and his team at Wannebo Real Estate Group were very helpful and easy to work with. And with me as a first time home buyer, they showed a great deal of patience and courtesy to explain everything in detail every step of the way to help me learn the home buying process. They worked very quick with helping me secure my new home and the whole paperwork process, sometimes faster than my work schedule would allow me to attend to it. John worked around the clock and was super responsive. I remember sending several emails late at night after getting back from work, expecting a response hopefully the next morning but sometimes John would get to it that same night. John's negotiating skills were awesome. We had an offer approved in a day. John and his team were very professional all around. I have no negative things I can think of. He communicates clearly and as frequently as you need support (I needed quite a bit and and a very early and late hours).
